Tasks
- Financial bookkeeping: accounts payable and receivable, bank and payment reconciliation, monthly closing preparation
- Run and check the monthly payroll in Personio Payroll; maintain payroll data and social security registrations
- Prepare data for VAT returns and for the tax advisor
- Help to simplify and automate digital accounting and HR processes
Requirements
- Completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r), accountant or comparable qualification, with practical experience in financial and payroll accounting
- Solid knowledge of German tax, payroll tax and social security law
- Careful, reliable and discreet with financial and personnel data; comfortable with digital tools
- Very good German
