Every agent on FritzMe is classified on a four-level autonomy scale. The level describes what the agent may do without a person approving it — not how intelligent it is.
Most hotels start at Supervised: the agent prepares the work, a person approves it. Moving up a level should be a decision based on evidence from your own operation.
